Cancellations by students: you may cancel or reschedule a single tutoring session free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) may result in the session being charged in full without refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Packages and Bundles

When you purchase a package of multiple sessions, the package is intended to be used within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. We may, at our discretion, extend the validity period where reasonable.

If you decide not to use remaining sessions in a package, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions, subject to the following conditions:

• Requests should generally be made before the package expiry date.

• Sessions that were missed or canceled late may not be eligible for refund.

Cancellations by Tutors or by Us

If a tutor or Giftsvrstudioia needs to cancel a session, we will offer you the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or to receive a refund for the affected session.

Technical Issues

We expect both tutors and students to use stable internet connections and suitable devices. If a session is significantly affected by technical issues on our side or on the tutor's side, we will work with you to reschedule the session or offer a suitable credit or refund.

Where technical issues are clearly due to the student's equipment or connection, we may treat the session as completed, but we will review such situations on a case-by-case basis.
